July Card Class

Happy Birthday

Stamp Sets:  Pennant Parade, Teeny Tiny Wishes
Paper:  Whisper White, Midnight Muse, Primrose Petals, Summer Starfruit
Ink:  Baja Breeze, Primrose Petals,  Summer Starfruit
Accessories:  Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack, Petite Pennants Builder Punch, Rhinestones, Dimensionals

I stamped each hat base and them punched them out using the Petite Pennants Punch.  I used the Flower Punch from the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack to punch the top of the hat.  I then placed one at the top of each hat.  I used Dimensionals to attach the hats to the Whisper White.  I then attached this layer to the Midnight Muse.  Next I attached it to the base of the card.  I stamped Happy Birthday in Primrose Petals.  Afterwards I decided this needed to be larger.  For Card Class, the Happy Birthday saying came from the Curly Cute Set.

Thinking of You

Stamp Set:  Sincere Salutations (retired), Betsy's Blossoms
Paper:  Whisper White, Daffodil Delight, Pacific Point
Ink:  Daffodil Delight, Pacific Point, Gumball Green, Raspberry Ripple
Accessories:  1 1/4" Circle Punch, 1 3/8" Circle Punch, Rhinestones, Dimensionals

First I stamped Thinking of You using Pacific Point on the Whisper White.  Then I stamped each flower on a scrap of Whisper White and punched them out using the 1 1/4" Circle Punch.  I then punch three circle from Pacific Point using the 1 3/8" Circle Punch.  Next I attached the two circles together.  I used a Dimensional to attach each circle layer to the Whisper White.  Next I attached the Whisper White to the Daffodil Delight.  I attached this layer to the base of the card.  Finally I attached the Rhinestones to the middle of each flower.

Sunflower

Stamp Set:  Petite Pairs
Paper:  Whisper White, Early Espresso, Daffodil Delight
Ink:  Early Espresso
Accessories:  1 3/4" Circle Punch, Blossom Petals Builder Punch, Big Shot, Square Lattice Textured Embossing Folder

The first thing I did was punch 10-12 petals from Daffodil Delight using the Blossom Petals Builder Punch.  I used the long, skinny petal.  Next I placed these starting on the top edge of the Whisper White.  A small part of the first petal was hanging of the edge of the card stock.  I attached each petal as I went around using Snail Adhesive.  Depending one how close you put them together will determine who many of them you will need.  The last petal will also be handing of the edge.  Then I punched an Early Espresso circle using the 1 3/4" Circle Punch.  I attached this in the center where the petals meet.  Some of the circle will also be hanging over the edge.  I then trimmed of the extra.  I stamped the saying using Early Espresso Ink.  Next I placed this in the Square Lattice Embossing Folder and ran in through the Big Shot.  I attached this to the Early Espresso Card Stock.  Finally I attached this layer to the base of the card.

 Bonus Card

Stamp Set:  Retired Hostess Set Title Unknown
Paper:  Crumb Cake
Ink:  Midnight Muse
Accessories:  3/8" Taffeta Ribbon Midnight Muse, Big Shot, Argyle Textured Impression Embossing Folder, Dimensionals

I placed about 3/4" of the Crumb Cake into the Argyle Embossing Folder and ran it through the Big Shot.  Next I stamped Congratulations using Midnight Muse Ink.  I attached the Midnight Muse Ribbon to cover the seam on the embossing.  I then used Dimensionals to attach this layer to the base of the car.
